integrative nutritional medicine
Dr. Darling is a physician specializing in alternative/nutritional
medicine. She attended Purdue University for her
undergraduate education, and Indiana University School of
Medicine for her M.D. She then completed a General Surgery
internship at Mount Carmel Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio,
and began working full time in 1992, as an Emergency
Department physician in both Ohio and Indiana.
In 1995, Dr. Darling joined her father in General Practice in
Crawfordsville, Indiana. She realized early in her career that
medications did not seem to be making her patients healthier,
and that her patients who took vitamins and herbs, and those
who ate healthier seemed to require her services less, and
recover more quickly from illness.
She began to look for better solutions to health problems.
Through studying, attending conferences, and networking with
other alternative medicine physicians, she has gradually
developed her practice into one which teaches her patients a
more natural approach to health, using vitamins, minerals,
natural hormones, and chelation therapy for heavy metal
detoxification. She thoroughly educates her patients on healthy
eating and lifestyles, stress management, detoxification, and
spiritual health, and the importance of the mind-body-spirit
connection.
Dr. Darling is trained by the American Board of Chelation
Therapy, and is a member of the Association of American
Physicians and Surgeons, The American Association of
Environmental Medicine, and the International College of
Integrative Medicine.
Areas of emphasis:
Did You Know?
Dr. Darling became interested
in nutritional medicine after a
10 year struggle with psoriasis,
for which conventional
medicine has no safe or
effective treatment. After 1
month of using fish oil and folic
acid, recommended by one of
her patients, her skin was
completely clear. This started
her on the path to learning
how to heal the body
naturally.
Did You Know?
After learning about how much
our environment and food
supply is altered by chemicals,
Dr. Darling chose to raise her
two children on organic food,
packing their lunches, and not
subjecting them to
unnecessary vaccinations or
other medication. They are
very healthy and happy, and
proudly tell their friends what
they know about healthy
living!
Did You Know?
Dr. Darling personally
experienced the misery of
adrenal exhaustion and
abnormal weight gain. While
healing herself she learned
firsthand the difficulties of this
disorder, and has a real
empathy for those who suffer
from this combination of
problems. After correcting the
problems naturally, she is now
back to living an optimal life.
She believes you can do it too
and is here to help.

Bio-identical Hormone Replacement
Chelation Therapy
IV nutrition
Blood chemistry analysis and nutritional
balancing
Weight loss and diet education
Anti-aging (including cancer and heart
disease prevention)
Did You Know?
The National Institute of
Health (NIH) is currently
conducting a 5 year, 30
million dollar study on
chelation and its effects on
the heart and cardiovascular
system? Many professionals
are eagerly anticipating the
results that will then once
and for all show conclusively
that this type of therapy
can be life saving.
Did You Know?
Heavy metals, unless
extremely high, cannot be
detected in the blood, and
must be checked in the
urine after a chelation IV to
know if your levels may be
too high? As a result blood
testing is not the best way
to determine heavy metal
toxicity.
Did You Know?
Diseases like Heart Disease,
Diabetes, Alzheimer's,
Parkinson's, and even
Cancer can be caused by
heavy metal toxicity?
